Jen: Mom. I'll be right back.

Joey: Take your time.

Lindsay: Hi.

Jen: What are you doing here?

Lindsay: I was just -- I just had a meeting with a buyer, but I'm going now.

Jen: Are you ok to drive?

Lindsay: Yeah, yeah, yeah. I haven't really had much to drink, but I've really got to get out of here.

Bo: Lindsay. Where you running off to?

Lindsay: You know what? You were right. We should do this at the police station.

Bo: No, no, no, no. No, you're not going to drag me all over town. I've got some questions for you. You can answer them right here, right now.

Lindsay: I was just on my way to the ladies' room.

Bo: Oh. Well, don't even think about not coming back, ok?

Asa: The word's out that Todd Manning gunned down Sammy Rappaport. True?

Bo: He's one of several suspects, pa. And you know that I can't discuss the case with you. What are you up to?

Nigel: Mr. Buchanan's thinking of going into cosmetology.

Asa: Shut up, Nigel. It seems that that nut job Roxy wants me to bankroll her in a beauty parlor.

Bo: Roxanne Balsam?

Asa: Have you ever heard of anything so loony? Cheers.

Lindsay: Can we make this quick? I have a lot of arrangements to make.

Bo: I'm just trying to get a sense of what Sam was doing these last few days.

Lindsay: Why don't you ask Blair that?

Bo: Because I'm asking you. Now, when you talked to him -- if you talked to him --

Lindsay: Sam and I talk a lot.

Bo: Ok, did he say anything that struck you as odd? Anything at all?

Lindsay: Everybody loved Sam. Everybody but Todd. I don't know why you're not questioning him.

Bo: Yeah, I heard that you think Todd shot Sam.

Lindsay: Where did you hear that?

Bo: From Jen. Why didn't you mention it to me?

Lindsay: I thought you would figure that out.

Bo: No, I failed mind reading.

Lindsay: Todd shot Cristian. Everybody knows how jealous that Todd is if anyone so much as looked at Blair. He did it. It's obvious.

Bo: Well, se I'm trying to keep an open mind here. By the way, where were you the night of the shooting -- before you drove by Blair's?

Lindsay: I was with a buyer, talking about art and drinking wine and --

Bo: Ok. What was the buyer's name?

Lindsay: That's confidential.

Bo: Confidentiality -- that's for lawyers and for doctors, not for gallery owners. Now, who --

Jen: Can't you see she's upset? Why are you hassling her?

Lindsay: It's all right.

Jen: Why aren't you out trying to find Todd Manning?

Bo: I'm just asking your mother where she was the night of the shooting.

Jen: Leave her alone.

Lindsay: I can handle this.

Jen: Just -- just tell him. Tell him where you were. She spent the evening with Mitch Laurence.

Bo: Laurence?

Jen: Satisfied?

Bo: Lindsay?

Lindsay: If he wants to buy art, then why shouldn't I sell it to him?

Joey: What happened to Jen? Why'd she take off?

Bo: Well, her mother was upset, so she took her home.

Joey: Think I should go after them?

Bo: No, no, I think she'll be ok.

Joey: I'll see you later, Bo.

Bo: Yeah, yeah. We ought to play golf or something -- soon. Balsam -- I gave you a 20.

Rex: Oh, I'm sorry, commissioner. This bartender -- I'll straighten it out.

Renee: Hey.

Bo: Hello.

Renee: You have been far too much a stranger around here. How's everything with you and Gabrielle?

Bo: Everything's great -- whenever we have a chance to see each other.

Rex: There you go, sir.

Bo: Keep it.

Bo: Hi, Jen. You going somewhere?

Jen: I was thinking about moving to my dad's. It's not like I can really forget about him here.

Bo: Well, I don't want to keep you, but --

Jen: No, no, come in.

Bo: Thank you. I listened to your dad's answering machine, and your message on there -- you sounded real worried about your mom.

Jen: Yeah, well, I guess I should've been more worried about my dad.

Bo: Did you think she was in some kind of danger?

Jen: Only from herself.

Bo: You what -- you think she might take too many pills or what?

Jen: Not pills, no. She had a gun. I saw it.
