Nora: Well, we know Lindsay's lying through her teeth. She knows perfectly well how we found her scarf on the docks. She was there.
Bo: Oh, yeah, yeah. I mean, either she killed Laurence or she saw who did or she's trying to cover up something else she's done.
Nora: Well, one thing in our favor, she will do anything not to go back to Statesville.
Bo: Even tell the truth?
Nora: You have to work your charm on her, Commish.
Bo: Me?
Nora: Mm-hmm.
Bo: Do you think I'm charming? Don't answer. Hey, hon.
Gabrielle: Hi.
Bo: Hi.
Gabrielle: Oh, Nora. I'm sorry, I didn't realize you were joining us.
Nora: Oh, I'm not.
Bo: We were just sitting here talking about the case. Listen, if you handle that suspect that we were just talking about here, then I'll take care of the other ones.
Nora: Thanks ever so much. Call me.
Bo: Ok.
Gabrielle: Oh, I'm sorry. It's just that I had only ordered enough food for two of us.
Bo: No, I know, I know. Honey, look, I'm going to have a take a rain check on today.
Gabrielle: What?
Bo: Something's just come up with this case, and I've got to take care of it.
Gabrielle: You're joking, right?
Bo: No, no. Believe me, I wish I was joking. No. Look, we just got a preliminary analysis that could pinpoint the time of the murder. You understand? See, for us, I mean, that's really huge.
Gabrielle: It's just --
Bo: Honey, I'm sorry.
Gabrielle: It's just I went to such trouble to get this terrace all to ourselves with a special meal.
Bo: I know that. I know, and I owe you for that.
Gabrielle: Yeah.
Bo: Believe me, I owe you big time.
Gabrielle: You can make it up to me on our trip.
Bo: I got to talk to you about that, too.
Gabrielle: Bo? Uh-uh.
Bo: Now, look, i --
Gabrielle: No, no, no, no.
Bo: I thought I could get away, you know, but I can't leave in the middle of this. I was hoping maybe I could manage it.
Gabrielle: You know, the bed-and-breakfast in Maine, all set up, and the 10 days just for ourselves, just ourselves.
Bo: I know. And I wish -- you know, it's that damn Laurence. The guy's dead, he's still causing us problems. Hey. Oh, Gabrielle, look, you know that if I could go --
Gabrielle: But you can't because you don't have time for me anymore, do you?
*~*
Nora: Oh, Rae, I heard you're seeing Jen on an on-and-off basis. I'm so glad.
Rae: Mostly off.
Nora: Oh.
Rae: But she's still talking to me a little.
Nora: Yes, well, I'm glad. And hang in there.
Rae: Yes, thank you.
Troy: Hey, Rae. Sorry I'm late. Hi, Nora.
Nora: Hi, Troy. Excuse me.
Rae: Yes, of course.
*~*
Bo: Gabrielle, come on. This has nothing to do with me not having time for you.
Gabrielle: But you don't.
Bo: Look, as soon as this case is over --
Gabrielle: Then there'll be another case and another case after that, or it'll be something with Matthew or it'll be something with Nora.
Bo: Is that what this is about?
Gabrielle: Bo, I'm trying. Dear god, I'm trying. But I cannot be last on your list every time.
Bo: You're not last on my list. Believe me, listen --
[phone rings]
Bo: Yeah, what is it? Yeah. All right, thanks. Listen, I want to talk about this.
Gabrielle: But you have to leave.
Bo: Look, we're under a tremendous amount of pressure right now. You know that we're getting media coverage all over the country.
Gabrielle: Well, then why don't I make it easier for you and move out?
Bo: Oh, come on. No --
Gabrielle: You see, that way you wouldn't have to break dinner engagements and vacations. You wouldn't have to worry about coming home late because you wouldn't have to come home at all.
Bo: I can't deal with this right now.
Gabrielle: Then why don't you leave.
Bo: We'll talk about -- no.
Gabrielle: You have to leave. You're a very important man. You have to leave.
Bo: We're going to talk about this. You're not moving out.
Gabrielle: You have to leave. You're busy.

Sister Theresa: Lindsay, you have a visitor.
Nora: Hello, Lindsay.
*~*
[doorbell rings]
Dorian: Excuse me. I'd better get that.
Dorian: Bo, what do you want now?
Bo: I need to talk to you and Blair.
Dorian: Again? You know, you're going to have to get a life.
Bo: You know, I'm not in a good mood, Dorian. All right? Walker, I'm glad you're here. You should hear this.
Walker: What's going on?
Bo: I think we'll be able to nail down the time of your brother's murder. It happened between 9:15 and 10:15. And, Blair, didn't you tell me you spent that entire evening with Mr.. Laurence here, at the palace?
Blair: Yes.
Bo: Except for the time that you came home? You got here at 9:32, and you didn't leave until 10:17?
Blair: Yes. How do you know that?
Bo: Because we got the tapes out of your security camera. No, no, it's all timed and certified.
Blair: You got the tapes, Bo? I was only here for a short amount of time.
Bo: Just relax, ok? It proves that you could not have killed Laurence. You couldn't have gotten from here out to the docks, killed him, and then back to the palace.
Blair: So, you mean --
Bo: I mean you're off the hook, ok?
Dorian: Wonderful! Thank you so much for sharing that. Now, if you're quite through --
Bo: No, I'm not through yet. See, not everybody here has a strong alibi, Dorian.

Lindsay: I don't know how many times i have to tell you, I don't know how my scarf ended up on the docks.
Nora: Ok.
Lindsay: "Ok," what?
Nora: I'm done. Got to ask sister Theresa a few questions, and then I'll leave.
Lindsay: Why?
Nora: You're coming up for evaluation in a week or so, aren't you?
Lindsay: Yes, and I think they're going to let me out of here.
Nora: Not if you killed Mitch Laurence.
Lindsay: I didn't kill Mitch.
Nora: Well, I hope not. Because then you'd have to go to Statesville, and Statesville's a pretty icky place. But then again, you know that, don't you? Oh, by the way -- Tillie sends her best, says she misses you.
Lindsay: I can't go back there, Nora.
Nora: I can't help you, Lindsay. I know you were down at the docks. But until you can tell me why you were down there, I can't help you.
Lindsay: I don't think that you would really help me anyway.
Nora: Well, you can take your chances with me, or you can take your chances with Tillie.
Lindsay: Ok. Ok, I'll tell you the truth. I was on the docks that night, making love to Troy.
*~*
Nora: So you were down at the docks, with Troy, making love?
Lindsay: Now you know.
Nora: And now I know. Now I know. I know why you're never going to get out of here, that's what I know.
Lindsay: What, you don't believe me? Ask him.
Nora: I'm going to.
Lindsay: Well, if troy denies it, you tell him he is also a suspect and he'll tell you everything including how he came back here to make love to me.
Nora: Was that before or after you stopped at the moon?
Lindsay: You really don't believe me.
Nora: No.
Lindsay: I -- oh. Of course. Why would he make love to me when it's you that he really wants, right?
Nora: No, Lindsay. I have removed myself from that game. And troy has moved on.
Lindsay: You don't know him like I do, Nora.
Nora: No, I don't. But, Lindsay, he's not the man you think he is.
*~*
Bo: Why did you lie and say that you were with Blair that night?
Walker: I didn't. I said I was at the palace, and I was. Why don't you ask the front desk clerk?
Bo: We already did, and it all checked out. So you're in the clear on that anyway, but -- but you still covered for Blair.
Blair: No, he didn't. I was the one that said we were together all night.
Bo: And he didn't dispute it.
Dorian: Ok, he's guilty! Yes, for not correcting your misconception -- yet another one of your misconceptions. Ok? That isn't a crime. In fact, nobody in this room has committed a crime, so, case dismissed?
Blair: No, no, no. I want to know how Mitch's feather from his mask got into my purse, Bo.
Bo: Can't you guess, Blair?
Blair: No.
Bo: Someone is trying to set you up.
*~*
[Phone rings]
Bo: Excuse me, i got to take this. Yeah?
*~*
Nora: Excuse me. Have Dr. Cummings and Dr. Maciver left?
Bartender: The lady did, but Dr. Maciver is out on the terrace.
*~*
Bo: All right, thanks.
Dorian: Was that call about me?
Bo: Now, what makes you think this call is about you, dorian?
Dorian: Blair's been cleared, walker's been cleared. Now it's my turn.
Blair: Dorian did not kill mitch.
Walker: Commissioner buchanan crossed us off the suspect list, but he didn't say a word about dorian. Why?
Bo: Well, you're right. That call was about you.
Dorian: Oh. I'm glad that's settled.
Bo: No, it's not settled, though, dorian.
Dorian: I couldn't have killed mitch. My car broke down. I had to walk to the palace.
Bo: We checked out your car. There's nothing wrong with it.
Dorian: That's impossible.
Bo: Oh, it's possible. Now, you have another excuse? Because right now you don't have an alibi.
